How to prevent water from bubbling in diesel generator set?

The bubble in the water tank of a diesel generating set is usually caused by the high-pressure gas entering the cooling channel of the cylinder. The cause of gas breakthrough and the way to remove it are as follows.

1. Do not tighten the cylinder head nut according to the specified torque. If the torque is too small, the cylinder head is not compressed, high-pressure gas will be channeling into the channel. The cylinder head nut shall be tightened according to the specified torque and re tightened periodically.

2, cylinder pad use time is too long, washed or burned, sealing becomes worse, resulting in leakage. Replace the new cylinder gasket.

3, flat flat surface of the cylinder head or deformation, resulting in leakage. Grinding the cylinder head plane or replacing the cylinder head.

4, improper assembly, resulting in broken cylinder seat at the shoulder and channeling gas. Change the new cylinder liner according to the prescribed method.

5, the cylinder shoulder height is not enough or the body to shoulder the depth of the hole is too large, causing the cylinder is sheathed in the body, the body protruding level is not enough, even the gas will sink, from shoulder into the channel. Therefore, test outfit before assembly, check protruding amount and guarantee it in allowable range.
