Therefore, when starting the diesel engine, the throttle should be placed at the 2 / 3 position of the positioning plate (this position is the maximum fuel supply at the injection pump), without increasing the throttle to the end, so as to avoid the high speed after the diesel engine starts. When the slope is started, the clutch, gearbox and other transmission parts are easy to be damaged due to the excessive engagement of the clutch. The diesel engine must be braked urgently after starting, which will affect the service life of the parts of the brake and the running mechanism, especially to speed up the wear of the tires. Moreover, after starting, the vehicle speed is higher, and it is prone to accidents.

Three. Preheat the air with an open flame when starting. In winter, the diesel engine is difficult to start, some machine hand to remove the air filter on the cover, the lighting of a tarpaulin in the intake pipe mouth, in order to improve the temperature of the air entering the cylinder. When starting at low temperature, the diesel engine can be preheated and heated by adding hot water to the cooling system and baking the oil pan with dark fire.

Four, add oil to start the diesel engine. That is, before starting, add a little oil to the intake pipe to improve the sealing performance of the parts in the cylinder, which is beneficial to start the diesel engine. For a badly worn diesel engine, this method of starting can work for a while, but the negative effect is obvious. If this method is often used, it is easy to cause the piston ring to be cemented and stuck in the ring groove, and the carbon in the cylinder will also increase in large quantities. The correct way to deal with this problem is to repair or replace the worn parts in the cylinder in time to restore the good sealing performance of the cylinder.

Five. Start the diesel engine without cooling water. The start method of the engine damage is particularly serious, because the engine in the outbreak of the moment, the cylinder temperature can reach 2000 DEG C, the temperature is not only reflected on the water table is out, touch the cylinder body feel. It can be inferred that the temperature of each wall of the combustion chamber will rise immediately after the ignition of the engine (about 500 degrees -600 degrees Celsius).
