Three test: that is the test machine, the specific steps are:

1. under the sway of flywheel, such as no sound, no shaking, that gap has little crankshaft and bearing; rotating flywheel, such as no clicks between the crankshaft and connecting rod bearing wear is not serious.

4. rotate the crankshaft, the fuel injection pump, fuel injection nozzle such as sound ringing, indicating piston pair and nozzle performance is good; if the gear chamber of the abnormal sound, indicating the gear wear is not serious

Through the above methods, generally can distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of the old diesel engine. In this way, the price of the old diesel engine is more accurate.
