Diesel generator set is a type of AC power supply equipment for self owned power station. It is a small independent power generation equipment, which generates power by using internal combustion engine as driving power and driving synchronous alternator.

The modern diesel generating set is composed of diesel engine, three-phase AC brushless synchronous generator, control box (screen), radiator, coupling, fuel tank, muffler and common base. The axial flywheel shell and a diesel engine generator front end cover with a shoulder positioned directly connected together, and a cylindrical elastic coupling flywheel by direct drive generators to rotate, the way of connection by screws fixed together, so that the two are connected into a steel body, the crankshaft of the diesel engine and the generator rotor concentricity in the specified range.

Diesel generator sets are classified according to the magnitude of the generator output power, and the energy of the unit is varied from 10kW-750kW. Each specification is divided into protection type (equipped with ultra speed, high water temperature, low oil pressure protection device), emergency and mobile power station structure. The inspection of diesel generator sets shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant technical or economic indexes stipulated in the contract or technical agreement, and the user shall pay attention to the following when selecting and signing the contract:

(4) the voltage regulation rate of diesel unit is 1%, 2%, 2.5% rated voltage, respectively. What to choose should also be explained;

(5) when the normal supply, provide a certain amount of vulnerable parts, and if necessary, should also explain.

Diesel generator sets are a complete set of products, including diesel engines, generators, control components, protection devices, etc.. The overall inspection of the export products includes the following:

(2) product specifications, models, main structural dimensions;

(3) overall appearance quality of the product;
