The low temperature environment in winter, in order to prevent freezing of battery, should increase the proportion of electrolyte; summer high temperature environment, in order to reduce the corrosion effect of electrolyte on the pole plate and the baffle, and properly reduce the proportion of electrolyte. In winter, the proportion of electrolyte is generally adjusted at 1.270 or 1.280, and in summer the proportion of electrolyte should be adjusted at 1.240. The adjustment procedure is as follows:

For battery normal batteries, can be stabilized in 12V with high rate discharge meter measured voltage, the voltage of each cell can be stabilized at 1.75 ~ 1.85V. If a single voltage measured is less than this value, the degree of the discharge charges reduced. If the 3S voltage of the single rapid decline or a single voltage than other single low 0.2V, the cell is damaged.
