1. Drain oil and water

1 turn off the water switch of the body, water tank and oil cooler. Clean the water.

2 release all the oil in the oil pan and oil cooler.

3 close the fuel tank valve, remove all the oil pipe and release the diesel oil in the tank.

4 keep the service site clean when discharging water, oil and diesel oil.

2, disassemble instruments, piping and accessories

1 remove the induction plug for the oil thermometer and water temperature meter.

2 remove the oil pressure gauge and line.

3 remove the dashboard.

4 remove the hose for the tachometer.

5 remove all oil pipe, diesel pipe and water pipe.

6 remove the air cleaner, muffler, intake pipe and exhaust pipe.

7 remove all parts of the cooling system.

8 remove parts of the fuel system.

9 remove oil filter, oil cooler and so on.

10 remove the starting system and charging system from the diesel engine.

3, disassemble the cylinder cover

1 prior to disassemble the cylinder cover, first of all to remove valve chamber cover.

2 disassemble rocker arm, to put the oil and the oil cylinder cover to remove the screws.

3 disassemble rocker seat, the best two rocker seat removed and put together.

4. Remove the piston connecting rod assembly

When removing the piston connecting rod assembly, remove the carbon on the upper part of the cylinder sleeve first. If the inner sleeve of cylinder is badly worn, it can be scraped with a triangular scraper.

1 turn the crankshaft so that the big end of the connecting rod is located on the side cover of the body. Then, the connecting rod screws are removed 2~3 times with a sleeve and a torque wrench. If the two connecting rod screws are removed, the big cap of the connecting rod is not easy to be removed, and the long connecting rod of the socket wrench can be inserted into the big bolt hole of the connecting rod, and the connecting rod is moved up and down. If you can not take it off, you can tap it with a small hammer. In the process of removing, it is necessary to hold the big head cover with your hands to avoid falling into the oil tank and damaging the bush.

2 take off the big cap and slowly turn the crankshaft so that the piston is at the top dead center. At this point, push the big end of the connecting rod by hand, disengage it from the crankshaft neck, and then turn the crankshaft slowly. When the crankshaft and the connecting rod head leave about 10cm, insert the stick, take the pivot as the pivot, move the stick and push the piston connecting rod assembly out of the cylinder sleeve. In the process of removing, prevent the connecting rod from hitting the inner wall of the cylinder.

3 Gan piston rod assembly should be removed, the connecting rod bearing cap and screw head, according to the in situ loaded back to the big end of the connecting rod, and a label proved to be the cylinder assembly.

5, disassemble cylinder

Disassemble cylinder can be used special Rama, or the shell oil removed from below with a wooden stick cylinder type.
