Understand the model naming rules of diesel generator sets

In order to regulate and manage diesel generating sets, the name and type of diesel generator sets have been uniformly regulated. According to the provisions of GB - 2819, the type of the unit is arranged as shown in figure 1-5.

1 - the number in the space indicates the rated output (kw) of the generator set.

2 - the letters in the space represent the output current of the generator. G represents the power frequency, P means alternating current, and S means double frequency, and Z denotes dc.

3 - the letters in the spaces indicate the type of generator, F means land use, FC stands for ships, Q stands for car power stations, and T stands for trailers.

4 - the letters in the spaces indicate the control features, the absence of manual, Z stands for automated models, S stands for low noise models, and SZ stands for low noise automated models.

5 - the number in the space indicates the design serial number.

6 - the numbers in the spaces represent the morph codes.

7 - the letters in the spaces indicate the environment, the absence of the normal type, and the TH as the wet tropical type.

Give an example：

120GF18 represents an ordinary diesel generator set with a rated power of 120kw, AC power frequency, land use and design number 18. The full name is 120KW diesel generator set.

40GFS3 represents a diesel generator set with rated power of 40kW, AC power frequency, land use, low noise, and design sequence of 3.
