Diesel generator starting after the exhaust pipe continues to take the blue smoke

Malfunction analysis:

After starting the diesel generator exhaust pipe failure phenomenon of blue smoke is usually due to part of the oil into the combustion chamber, high temperature and pressure in the evaporation of the formation of steam, and then with the exhaust gas caused by. If the oil is burned, the exhaust pipe will emit black smoke, resulting in increased carbon content in the combustion chamber, oil consumption increased. When the nozzle internal parts appear stuck or plug hole, the exhaust pipe will take the blue smoke.

Failure cause:

1 the oil in the oil pan enters the combustion chamber and evaporates and is not burned and is discharged from the exhaust pipe.

2 the diesel engine is heavily oiled around the inside of the cylinder.

The gap between the 3 valve stem and the valve guide inside the cylinder head is too large, and the oil in the valve mechanism is sucked into the combustion chamber.

4, the piston ring, piston and cylinder liner gap is too large, resulting in oil into the combustion chamber.

5 too much oil in the sump will cause the oil to enter the combustion chamber.

The 6 piston ring is bonded with carbon in the piston ring groove, the piston ring is insufficient in elasticity, the ring opening is not staggered, and the oil ring is arranged on the upper ring and the lower direction.

7 the new diesel engine or overhauled diesel engine has not been fully running in and the cylinder has poor sealing performance.

8 the inner part of the injector is jammed.

One or more of the above fault reasons can cause blue smoke from the exhaust pipe after starting the diesel engine.

Troubleshooting method:

1 check oil viscosity, quality and storage capacity.

2 through the inspection found the oil is too thin, the oil level in the above static full-scale line scale, so after starting the diesel engine, a large number of oil splashed onto the cylinder wall, the piston and piston ring into the combustion chamber of oil increases, resulting in blue smoke exhaust. Diesel engine oil burning phenomenon is more, should be based on different circumstances, specific analysis and solution.
