Running in of 1. diesel engine
A new or overhauled diesel engine must be run through the 60H before it is officially used, so it can be put into full load. The running in should be based on the difference between the diesel engine's use and the load taking mode. In the whole running period, the load should be 50%-80% with 12h calibration power, and the speed should be no more than 80% of the calibration speed. But at the beginning of the operation, the operation time of air transfer or small load should not be too long. When the cylinder liner, piston, piston ring, connecting rod, Bush and crank are replaced, the running in should be properly carried out according to the running in conditions.
2. normal use of diesel oil
The diesel engine should be put into normal use, often watching all instruments and dynamic observation of machine operation; the liquid level should always check the cooling system and the lubrication oil, if found inconsistent requirements or leaking, should be given to supplement or check the reason to be excluded. Matching of 3. diesel engine to working mechanical power
When choosing a diesel engine, the user should consider not only the power required to work with the machine, but also the load rate of the working machinery, such as intermittent use or continuous use. While 6135K-11 diesel engine, although the combustion process is the same, but because the calibration power is only 117.7kW/2200r/min, so the performance has sufficient margin, so that the diesel engine itself has a certain plateau capacity. In order to improve the running economy of diesel engine, it is generally recommended that the fuel injection timing of naturally aspirated diesel engine should be appropriately advanced. Due to the increase of the sea level, the decrease of power and the increase of the exhaust temperature, the user's ability to work on the plateau should be taken into consideration when the diesel engine is selected, so as to avoid overload operation.
According to the test in recent years, the method of exhaust turbocharging can be used as the power compensation of the plateau diesel engine. The lack of turbocharger can not only compensate for the plateau power, can also improve the smoke and restore power performance and reduce fuel consumption.

Generally, the open cooling cycle is not suitable for the high altitude area, and the closed cooling system can be adopted to improve the boiling point of the cooling liquid used in the plateau.
